We do not accept COD bookings . All bookings are subject to service in India only. Only Credit, Debit cards with Indian billing address may book a service. Should customers decide to cancel a booking , all customers have to cancel the booking within same business day and same date of booking. Bookings have to be cancelled by Phone only and are processed only on Business days. All bookings processed after same business day are not refundable or exchangeable. INDIGO FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. reserves the right to charge customers credit card for any such fees subsequent to the original transaction.
When booking online, we accept MasterCard, Visa, Credit and Debit Cards and American Express Credit Cards. When paying with a credit card, please ensure to correctly submit the card number, expiration date and CVV # of the card. All credit cards are authorized only upon ordering and verifying customer information and authenticating credit cards against fraud protection.
On our website, all service bookings will indicate a service price. We reserve the right to make price changes without notice. All bookings are inclusive of Taxes and amounts are in INDIAN RUPEES. Some services may have discounts or offers from time to time.
Referring the Home Supplies products available on our website, in some cases, we may not have a specific product in stock. In cases where customers have ordered multiple items and one item is out of stock for any reason, the available order products will be shipped . In some cases, it is necessary for INDIGO FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. to cancel orders for a discontinued product. We reserve the right to cancel these orders. It is highly recommended to check with our company by Phone for any Out of Stock products or discontinued products before placing an order. However, if already order placed and product is not available, order will be cancelled and amount will be refunded.
All service booking are considered final . To cancel a service, customers must call INDIGO FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. via telephone and have SERVICE CANCELLATION CONFIRMED within same day. EMAILED CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. Booked services already in place, full or partial, are not cancelable under any circumstances. Requesting a cancellation does not cancel a service unless confirmed by INDIGO FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. Cancellations are not guaranteed by INDIGO FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. and may take up to 48 Hours to confirm, depending on the service ordered. All cancellations are subject to a processing fee of up to 10% on invoice value, depending on payment method. Circumstances beyond the control of INDIGO FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. which include (Natural disaster, Weather, Earthquakes, Carrier loss, Change of address, Customers moving, Delivery truck crashing, Late delivery, etc.) do not qualify for booking cancellation.
Home Supplies items will be shipped by ground service unless another type of service is requested by customers and or available with INDIGO FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. Delivery Estimates are for 1-2 business days only ,depending on our shipping schedule and delivery location and do not include weekends. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship COD orders. All orders must have complete shipping address, email address and a phone number. We ship all products complete, properly packaged. Any damage, loss, or missing claims must be made with the INDIGO FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. Any order placed by the customer with the wrong address which requires shipper to make a correction will be subject to an address correction fee, as charged by shipper. This fee will be billed to customers.
Customers should inspect supplies upon delivery in the presence of the delivery boy. Once signed for it, it is agreed that it was received in good condition. No exceptions! Upon receipt of a damaged package, customers may receive the order and make note of the visible damage, give in writing to the delivery boy. In many cases, once the package is opened, the products are not damaged and there is no further action needed. However, if upon inspection of the product, customers find damages due to the shipping carriers handling, customers have 24 HOURS to file a formal claim with INDIGO FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. THESE orders will be taken back and replaced. Claims for Shortages or Losses due to carrier negligence must be made with the carrier within 24 Hours of receipt of merchandise. After filing claim, customers should notify INDIGO FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. customer service department with the details so that our company may assist customers and answer any questions pertaining to the claim.
Customers can avail full refund, if they cancel a booking on the same day of service booking. Other conditions include wrong item being shipped or missing items which have occurred at INDIGO FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. origin. All other Refunds would be associated as per the Return Policy for Damaged Orders, implemented by INDIGO FACILITY SERVICES PVT. LTD. All refunds processed through Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net Banking will be refunded in 5-7 business days.
Once a product or order has been accepted or received by a customer, there would not be returns or exchanges. Not liking a product , Not satisfactory results will not cover under returns.
